Mend Glaxy 3000 Low Pressure Matter

got low pressure on Glaxy 3000 shower why ?

I recently bought a new shower and within a matter of weeks one of two elements went. A new element was replaced. Now the the pressure has dropped. It appears that when the Glaxy shower electrician put all the parts together something has been disturbed and causing a low pressure. Nothing else has been changed plumbing wise. They insist that low pressure is because of cold weather. I don't agree with their explanation. Can somebody help please ?
