one more thing,check all earth connections to the body work of your car,esp if u have had probs starting it

get ur battery tested ,and the alternator in yiour car,its the unit that charges your battery,if its faulty ur red ingintion light will be lit on ur dash board

A 30 year old battery is as much use as a chocolate fire guard :D,
Duracell can't win that one,and ever ready is never ready :)

A reasonable question I think, a 30 year old battery would not be much good, would it? Be it a car or alarm system battery.
30 years, were Flag Cells around then or had we gone on to the Ever Ready 12v with the screw terminals?
