grill element not earthed?

do u still have the packaging it came in ?if u have,take it back to shop,tell them your far to stupid to own it !!not earthed,what a laugh,all cookers in the uk are earthed,the elements are bolted to the main frame that is earthed ,there are multi earth points on ur cooker mate,and there is an earth wire on ur element too ,its the green and yellow one :-)
