Mend Zanussi 1250 Not Getting Water

my zanussi 1250 not getting any water ?

the water connections are turn on .machine door lock lights up but machine does not start.hose pipes are not bent.can any one help please

Zanussi Zanussi 1250 Household Appliances, Tumble Dryers Zanussi Not Getting Water

turn water off and undo the cold fill hose and hold it over a bucket and make sure water pours out.If it does you need to take the top off the machine and check the water inlet valve solenoids.They should be around 4kohms across the terminals on each one.If any are open circuit that will be your problem
