Mend Zanussi Silence Dishwasher Waste Water Pipe

how can i fix my zanussi silence dishwasher?

My dishwasher has a problem getting rid of the waste water which I do manualy by allowing the waste pipe to be lower than the dishwasher, but in doing this it then has the problem of not filling up with water until I then put the waste pipe back up at a higher angle. Please help!
