How can I fix voice command system on 2009 mondeo?

When I press the voice command button a blue display shows on screen saying ( OLD VOICE DATA. ONLY LIMITED FUNCTIONALITY ) any idea how to resolve this problem.

Am not 100% sure but the module was between the floor and bottom of heater box accessable from drivers side foot well.disconect for couple of hours and re conect.this may re set the module
