classic ff360 ideal boiler?

Yes the centre gold piece at the top if held in temporarily will allow the fan to turn and the boiler to fire

i have an ff370 and the pilot light won't come on, because the fan was knackered... burnt out in fact

i changed the fan - complete novice!

now it only stays on for a few seconds and then keeps lighting up and going out repeatedly itself!!!

Just had the same happen to me check the fan....if it doesn't kick in the boiler won't light.
