Mend Minivator 2000 Replaced Battery

We have a minivator 2000, I think because it is curved, and it won't work?

We replaced the battery, it has 32v at the unit but it isn't charging and won't move. Is there anyone who can help me?

you will need someone with a multimeter to see if the motor is being powered up,if it is the carbon brushes are probably worn
