how can i fix my sudika 125 sportsman scooter?

Hi i have a purchased a sudika 125 sportsman scooter. it starts ok, ticks over ok, however if you give it high revs it dies and cuts out after a minute or so, same thing when riding it. i have fitted the following new, spark plug, carb, drained the fuel and cleaned it out. i have tried a new cdi unit however it will not start at all with this on but will when i put the old one back on. has anyone got a clue what could be the problem. thanks in hope .
