my alarm is not showing unset,temper lights?

I had to turn mains off because of other reason since then my alarm is not showing unset,temper lights and now I can not reset the alarm from key pad, can anybody help.

Mains off, no lights not working = new battery at least.
What happens when you turn the mains back on?

Probably internal battery needs to be replaced, it has reset every thing to basic.
