cookworks dishwasher stops during programme?

My cookworks slim line dishwasher works until it releases the tablet and then it clicks and stops.

Mine does the same thing. I don't know how to fix it but I have found out a way around the problem. If you switch off the dishwasher at the mains and leave it for 10 minutes or so then switch it back on again and run the programme again it seems to complete the cycle. If you ever find out how to completely fix the fault I would be grateful to know! :-)
