Mend Leisure Cookmaster 101 Oven Problem Temperature

how can i fix my leisure cookmaster 101 ?

I have a leisure cookmaster 101. The main oven ignites no problem at all but as soon as i release the temperature control knob the gas stops & the flame fails. I have tried holding the control knob in for a minute or two but to no avail. The other oven & the grill are both working perfectly.
