Mend Beko 10 W Replace Belt

Beko wma 10 w replace belt?

We were advised to replace the belt because it kept coming off. The new belt keeps doing the same. The tension seems tight enough and 2 washing machine engineers have said they can't work it out. The motor seems offset to the back of the drum and the belt keeps slipping off towards the drum. Everything is clean and dry and looks correct
