Mend Diplomat ADP1613 Hob Model Clock

how can I fix my diplomat hob model adp1613?

My hob is indicating L on all 4 hobs. If I press what looks like a clock (dont know as I do not have instrutions was in house when moved in)I then get e r o 3 on the 4 hobs. other numbers are 3HL+1HLDC 0609360131 OR tc64c5 can anyone help as I cant find as yet anyone who can thanks
