Hotpoint wd420g Flashing lights?

When switched on at the wall socket, on light and door locked light comes on.Then door locked light goes out and machine switches itself on without pressing the start/cancel button it then starts whatever programme is selected.Next on/off light starts to flash together with lights 1,3 and 4 while continuing its programmed cycle.This cannot be right there should be no flashing lights and no way should the machine start without pressing the start button.I can do a wash with it but with these obvious faults.Module(reconditioned) and heater element have been changed out and filter has been unblocked.This is driving me mad can anyone help,yes i know try another module.Help!
