Hey, BORIS, go to havit.com.cn your webcam 3808 has driver there, .. unfortunately i don't have for my 3807 :(

I have 3808 and I also do not have a driver, I have followed the idea that I can use lebeca driver, I downloadde so many and camera did work somehow. now i uninstaled system and reinstaled, but camera will not work anylonger. drivers that I have previously found are on these two sites. please help me if you found a driver, please send any ideas to kloshar@yahoo.com would be most thankfull.
