My Samsung M1774-S/XEU microwave comes on but doesn't heat the food?
The microwave comes on ok, the light and timer works but after completing the time setting, signalled by usual sound indicator, the contents remain uncooked/cold. Is there a heating element within the microwave that could be faulty? Is this something that can be replaced?
