when you put the power on my copier it shows ( E 3 ) on the displae pannal what does it meen & how can i fix it. it is a panasonic photocopier FP7818/7718

There will be a number that flashes after the E3. Normally something like 10 or 11. The number that flashes after is needed to identify the specific problem.
