Mend Boiler Hot Water Pressure

How can I fix my boiler problem?

Hi, my boiler doesn't make hot water anymore since I turned off the main electric power in the house. And I found the water pressure is under 1 bar. I guess there must be some relations. But how can I mend that myself?

the water pressure needs to be above 1bar. where did you check the pressure from?
