Mend Newworld 110DF Cooker Timer Bypass

How can I bypass the programmer on my Newworld Classic 110DF?

I have a Newworld Classic 110DF Dual Fuel Range Cooker mod no 200564131 and the timer/programmer has gone blank, making my ovens/grill inoperable. As I never use the cooker in auto mode I would like to bypass the timer rather than buy a new one, how do I do this without a wiring diagram. Any help most welcome.
