Are all Ford 6000CD Bluetooth?

I have been trying to connect my mobile via my ford focus 56 plate CD 6000 I have turned the blue tooth on both the phone and head unit but the phone doesn't find it? I have taken out fuse 58 as described in another question, turned it off for 10 secs etc and nothing are all the head units blue tooth I am thinking it says BT ON but is it? any help would be great
