Mend Ceiling Light Replaced

How can I remove the defuser in ceiling four tube light?

I have replaced many tubes but I can't fiqure how to remove this defuser. It is a oak framed four tube fixture and the diffuser is very flexible but there is no extra to simply flex it out of place.

D.I.Y, Lighting Ceiling Light Replaced

It should just flex out on the sides near the ceiling to release it. If not, see if one of the ends comes of, but I doubt it.
