Mend Samsung RL36SBMS Work Turned

Blinking light and doesn't start, fridge/freezer Samsung rl36sbms?

Samsung rl36sbms doesn't work, the cooling system doesn't come on at all.
When turned on the appropriate lights come about the reference temperature, but a minute later the light for "5" only comes on and starts blinking.

I have taken a look into the issue, by opening up the back panel, I have found one part on the 2 plastic covering down at the freezer bit which seems like it was set on fire, and appears to have burnt through 2 wires.

Anyone have a clue?
