aeg oko lavamat 6955. drum not turning? behaving strangely?

firstly, i had an f9 error, which i fixed. now, tried to do a "quick wash" the machine is on, pumps water out, then water comes in, and goes through the time cycle, but the wash action (drum turning) doesnt occur. now at 10 mins and making the pumping out sound, continuing. NOW water coming in, at 10 mins duration
Machine says "overdosing" I only put one dose of recommended detergent. I then turned off, and on again, to short spin. F9 appeared, and i tried to redo F9n fix without success. I fear its kaput
