My 'Guess what it is' isn't working properly....get my meaning?
A guess as I haven't a clue what it is you are talking about other than indiactor fault so repost.
change the bulb as some look ok but are faulty, even new ones. It could also be a socket problem and or even the cluster plug, remove and clean up. Buy a good 12v tester I have one with a sharp spike for peircing the cables for testing. Steel with a spike cap and neon light and of course the earth clip. An alternative if no current showing in the cable is to tap off the side one solder the wire on to the cluster socket. however you may find the side one is the feed for the cluster and has come off. Basically trial and error as is your question not mentioning what it is as not every vehicle/trailer is wired the same.
