Resetting Creda Concept Clock ???

How do you reset the clock ( LED display ) which flashes 00.00 after a power failure ??? Model number unknown

I have a Creda Solarglo - I press and hold down the two left buttons on the panel together and then press the plus or minus buttons to reset the time.
