hi mr mellor,we on this site do our best to help., we have our funny moments when people give no make or model of their alarm and they expect us to reply to them,first of all,do you have a green light on the end station,?this means the main power is ok,i would take an educated guess that you have never had it serviced,remove the fuse from the spur unit,and open the panel,remove the battery,replace with the same type,take care to wire it up prop,red to red,black to black,close the panel,refit the fuse in the spur unit,turn power on,press rest your alarm should now be ok
