Mend Husqvarna 141 Tractor Start Oil

husky 141?

It was running ok hung it on the tractor and a few days later I when to start it and I saw oil ,lots of it.Where did it come from. It is very hard to pull start.I took the plug out and it is easy to pull.What has happened.Put the plug back and is hard to pull.
