Mend Delonghi 8525s Combi Microwave

how to fault find Delonghi 8525s combi microwave oven?

the oven trips the rcd after a few minutes of operation. it will then repeatetly trip if you try to reset for say 30min.

I have tried to isolate the primary to the transformer, secondary, capacitor even feeds from relays.

Ohms from live to gnd and netrual to gnd are all over the place only 0.5megohm until it totally cools down. I have tried a hair dryer to recreate the problem on a bench but no joy
