vauxhall vectra sri 130 2000?

i was cheaking the fuses as the the number plate bulbs had blown but id just changed them and found all the fuses to be good so i turned on the ignition to see if the lights would come on if the engine was on thats when i realised all the clocks have gone back to 0 and the electric windows wont come up? so i cheacked the fuses again and its not them the engine runs and the mileage counterworks only when i have the lights on can anyone help me out ill be so gratefull
