My Logic 30 is stuck in Post purge mode...Code 0...fan running continuous only, any ideas ?

Hi my boiler does not work off the stat. I have checked with a meter and the stat works fine has anyone got any idea what to check next thank you

you water pressure is to low, under the front panel are four taps, open the front twoo to fill the boiler, ( i do it to 2 bar) then turn the taps off , your system should then be pressurised, also bleed your radiators,
