Flamerite Odyssey HIW fire does not work?

Flamerite Odyssey HIW fire does not work. The remote indicates it is sending the instruction to operate the heater, lighting or both, but nothing comes on. About 3 years ago the heating off stopped working by remote and could only be manually switched off from inside. 2 years ago everthing stopped working by remote and manual. Does anyone know what is wrong?

Flamerite kindly responded to my email enquiry on this and gave me a download to reset the remote. Tried this but still no good. They advised callout was £85 plus parts and VAT. Still hopeful someone knows what the failing part may be so I can replace it - waiting for a price list on this from Flamerite.
