Mend John Deere LT155 Hard Matter Start

My John Deere LT155 is very hard starting?

Seems to get flooded very easily(doesn,t seem to matter whether i use the choke or not) and won't start. If i pull the spark plug, dry it out and reinstall it will usually start. is there any adjustment on the carb. on these?
