hello david i am going to help you step 1: go to windows media player. 2: now you should be in windows media player in the top left corner above the start sync. it will say press f5 press it and there you go it will say start sync and press it let me no if you got my messge my name is lala aka cp monieter............

the mp3 player should have a usb port on one end which fits into a similar slot on your computer. If your computer doesn't have one you can get an adapter or card in a pc shop. if you have an older computer you may not have these ports. if you do the usb drive will show up in my computer then just drag and drop the files into the mp3 player.
