how can i fix my neff dishwater?

When you start the program the drain pump should operate for 1 minute then the water fills in. If after 1 minute you have complete silence and no fill prob will be inlet valve faulty or no power from pcb. If you have drain pump operating all the time even with the door open then the anti flood system is operating and prevents the machine from filling . welcome to come back with more questions on this if neither things apply.
