Mend Honeywell BR1

BR1 not receiving?

I have looked at the back of the BR1 and there are no buttons there,inside the cover there are 3 very small Phillips screws,but removing them,just gives access to the pcb. What do I do now? I have tried calling for heat,the transmitter responds,but the receiver does not,no lights on at all,have tried the set and reset buttons,no difference,even with the transmitter next to it ,it still doesn't respond?..
