AEG W1250 pulley nut removal?

Can't get the pulley nut off. It has a 6mm allen key slot. Any advice please. Tried extended lever on allen key. Also used some heat. Can't budge it.

it is loctited.thrash it with a hammer then undo.works everytime.don't damage bolt head!
