Mend Samsung RFG238AARS Panel Fridge

Samsung model RFG238AARS no panel lights?

I have a Samsung fridge RFG238AARS. Not working at all. No panel lights or error codes, the only thing happening are the dispenser led's on the door are blinking every second or so. Please Help!!!
