Mend Clarion RD3-01 Problem 307 Garage

my problem, clarion rd3 01?

my Clarion RD3 01 in my pug 307 problem. Since it has been in the garage for cam belt change and a new rear ABS detector the radio has not worked..cd ok.....all I get from the radio is white noise? will this need to be recoded or some thing?
