is it 5w 30 or is it 10w 40?

which oil do i use to do a oil change on my 2007 sprinter mileage is 132,000 is it 5w 30 or is it 10w 40 i know it must be a low ash

Use 10/40w for normal conditions. If you are in a colder region, say around -8C for longer periods go to 5/30.
As your vehicle has a few miles under its belt going too thin with the oil could well drop the pressure and harm the engine
