Mend Rover 75 Light Ignition Key

rover75 diesel airbag light?

airbag light wont go on when ignition key is turned,and failed mot,anyone any ideas,

To put a bit of tape over the light is not the ans. first place to look is under the front seats. Look for the orange connector , each seat has one. Before you undo the connector ensure that the cars key is not in the ignition. Undo and spray contact cleaner then remake and test. You my have to add a cable clip the keep the connector in place and thus ensure a good joint.
