You have teracopy! It's the source of your problem.
If you can't remove it from the control pannel, try restarting in safe mode and uninstall.

If that don't work:
Try to uninstall when logged in as Administrator. Also, try as Administrator in safe mode.

Next step if the uninstall still don't work:
When logged in as Administrator, in the administrative tools, open the Services applet.
Locate the Teracopy service and terminate it. If you can't terminate it, set it to "Disabled" and reboot.
In the task manager, look for a Teracopy.exe process. Kill it.
You should now be able to uninstall teracopy.

If you still can't uninstall, it means that the uninstaller is probably broken, corrupted or that the corresponding install.log file is missing.

In this case, you need to "unstall" the dirty way:
Make sure that the Teracopy process and services are NOT running.

In the explorer, locate the teracopy folder and delete it. Hold the Shift key to bypass the Recycle bin. Run CCleaner to remove the left over crap.

The last resource if all else fails is to boot from any "Live CD" or other removable media such as an USB key or thumb drive. It will start an alternate OS. Find the Teracopy folder and delete it.
Reboot normaly to Windows and use CCleaner to finish the work.
