I'd say part of your wiring loom has been chafing against the frame or engine & wearing away the insulation on one of your live wires. The wire is then earthing itself off the bike & blowing the main fuse.
When you're kickstarting the bike, you're generating power from the engine to the electrics & blowing the fuse because of the live earth.
You gotta find this exposed wire so I'd start at the battery making sure the red terminal is bolted to the positive & black to negative. The next most likely place is under the seat bucket so take it off & check there. If no joy then I'd try behind the front panel.
Because you can't see electricity it's basically pulling off each panel til you find the offending wire. When you do, tape it up with insulating tape & then the part of the damaged loom. Slightly pull the loom away from the frame/engine so it's not hitting off it again.
