Has anyone found an element for a Cannon Foldaway cooker?

My Canon foldaway Cooker element has packed up. All elements go under part numbers so it is difficult to locate a suitable one. My wall mounted grill has no manufacturers label or identification on it except the word Cannon on the front panel. These were made in the 60s and are of very good quality stainless steel. Has anyone found a way to identify the part numbers for this wonderful machine?
