Mend Qualcast Replace Motor Lawn

need to replace fan on engine of qualcast 32 lawnrake?

The fan at side of the motor on my qualcast32 lawn raker has melted after becoming congestested with moss and cuttings etc. Is it safe to use? can it be replaced? where do I get it how much will it cost?
