The heater in my car only blows hot air help ?

Hi guys still looking for help . ive changed the thermostate and cabin filter , check all fuses and it still hot , stripped dash done and move the valves manual it now only blows cold air which is better . i still want to fix it all together now tho . now way have 4 v\alve.flaps gone it must be what controls them any ideas ?? relay ? switch ? help

ye it only blows hot what ever you do , both pipes going in to the bulk head are hot , the flow of water round the engine seems ok , ive never heard the fan come on and the temp on the dash never moves off half way and it get to half way after 5mins of running the engine . checked the pipes both sides of the thermostat and the flow of water seems ok . would it be any thing to do with the air con ?

does it blow hot wen the dial is on cold it could be your thermostat sticking id check that first take it out and put it in boiling water to check if the thermostat opens then if it does take it out and see if it closes on its own
