who knows what's wrong with my speedfight ? :( ?

hi everyone wondering if anyone out there can give me a hand i have a 2004 peugeot speedfight air cooled with a tt race pipe, yesterday really really heavy rain court me on the A12 the bike got me to were i wanted to go and when i wanted to go home my bike started after about 10 seconds off trying to start it got me about 2 miles down the road but all of a sudden as i was going round a bend and took my hand off the throttal and went to accelerate again the bike wouldnt go it fel like the key got taken out off the bike it slowed down from 50mph down to 20mph then it went off again i got to a red light and it cut out on me and was starting and cutting out constantly then might be lucky to get 100 meters down the road it starts to back fire and eventully after 20 mins off trying to start the bike up all the electrics went nothing works every time i go to put a new fuse in it blows what can i do people please help be really greatfully even if its small
