"AURORA" Crosscut Paper Shredder W wastebasket Model AS610C?

My Machine is new using twice and now the cutter roller is not moving stuck, we have follow the instruction shred not more than 6 pieces papres each time, please enlighten me where is the services centre in Singapore that we can send for servicing.
