oven ignites but only on a low heat,leisure gas cooker Mistral el?

my gas cooker is model :leisure mistral el.
the oven ignites but only a very low light
please help me find out what the problem is

I have the same problem on my parkinson cowan gas coker ive been told its the same thing FLAME FAILURE DEVICE/SENSOR but ive also been told that most suppliers will not give you the part unless your CORGI REGISTERED i dont know how true this is..
