Mend Hotpoint HFT759 Light Flashing Buttons

Clock light is flashing but no response to any buttons?

Model # HFT 759 Combo Micro / oven
E-NR. H7860N1GB

Our power was turned off and since then the clock light flashes and there is no response to any button that is selected / pushed.

Do I need to "re-boot?" If so, how do I accomplish that?

The oven is operational!!
